#1.(Part a).
This part of the book occurs at Gordon High School. It occurs in Laurie Saunders and Amy Smith. It is in 1969 during school in their high school.
#1.(Part b).
A hint that showed me that it wasn't from this time is that they use a film projector to watch something a school. Also that they have typewriters while we have computers. They have a school newspaper and we don't.
A sentence that stands out to me is what Christy said, "I beat her tonight. in two sets. Six-four; seven-five." It stands out to me because I know how it feels like to beat someone in a game by more than you expected. Also that I know how it feels like to beat someone while reaching your goal. It was on page 27 on the top paragraph following the one from the previous page.
Why do you think Amy Smith smokes? This is a question that I want your opinion on.

1. I agree with you about it taking place in the sixties because of the type writers and the projectors. But explain more about the part where you said " It occurs in Laurie Suanders and Amy Smith", or is it just a typo.

I liked hoe you descirbed what made you realize what the time was because it wouldn't really stand out to others unless they really think about it.
