Brother, I'm Dying Post #2

Quote #1:
"Death is a journey we embark on from the moment we are born,"
Said Bob Page 73

Response:
This quote represents question 5 because it shows that death is something that they will meet up with again as they will start their new lives. Also because it shows things that are sad that is happening to them, but they don't feel the sadness which means they have been deviated by something. I also think that it shows a lot about their character and personalities.
I can connect to it in many ways that some people won't think of me. I think that I can kind of connect to it in the way that I'm a person who doesn't show a lot of sad feelings unless I'm mad at something. Also that I know a little bit about how life works and that it doesn't work all the time. I can also connect to it because it shows a lot about what might happen in the rest of this book

Question:
Why do you think Bob feels this way?

Quote #2
"She's pregnant,"
Said Tante Denise page 78

Response:
I think this relates to the question #5 because it shows what difficult she is having trying to start a new life while she is pregnant. Also because it shows a lot about what is happening in the story and what is going to happen in the story. I think her being pregnant is making it hard for her to start a new life, but when she has the baby her new life while become hard, but new for her because she has to take care of a baby.
I can relate to the Tante Denise because if I know something I would probably yell it out like she did and have different feelings about it. I also think that I can relate to her by the way we are because we are very emotional about even if I might not show it.

Question:
Why do you think Tante would yell it out like this if she is already 7 months pregnant?
